Man I hate this time change! Normally I'm up way before the alarm but with this dumb time change the alarm woke me up...yuck. Nothin worse then getting pulled out of a deep sleep by an alarm. Oh well.
So the idiots at Express Scripts changed the Prozac I take to a stupid gel cap. I can't swollow pills and they used to be V-caps that I could just pull apart and take with my coffee. Now I have to cut the tops off and they are packed so I lose part of the medicine. Idiots. Quit f-ing with things! Everybody wants to chage shit that isn't broken. It it's not broke don't f**k with it! Geez.
My goofy friend Glenn can't stay home for one day I swear. The goof is off this week and he was going to stay home but now the nut is going to Miami. Why? He doesn't even like the beach! Haha! When we went to OC he was on the beach for about 1 hour the whole week! What part of "Miami Beach" doesn't he get? Poor looney tune. We have been friends for 36 years and I swear he gets stranger every year!! Haha!
This week I need to work on the UP project. Today I need to work on dumping all that data into a table for the master report. I love how no one knows exactly how this whole thing is going to work. It's like hang on and pray.....dumb.
Anyway, more coffee and better get back to it. Hurry up H....the donuts are getting cold!!! Ha!

I wish I could go to sleep earlier and get up earlier. I now sleep until 11:00. I swore I wouldn\'t use an alarm clock again after I retired, but I may try it before I see my Doc again.
Do they not make the V-caps anymore? I don\'t like that you are losing part of the medication.. They do make things difficult.
You should go somewhere with your goofy friend. Might do you well to be totally goofy for a day or two! Although, that is obviously not one of your problems. You are quite CRAZY!!!
