Mom was with me last night!

Well  I would like to think that you were with me tonight and helped me save Juliano. What a scare, he was sitting at the table with Mark eating small red grapes, I got up to pick up the toys on the floor and when I turned around, he was standing up on the bench and I said sit down, you'll fall, not realizing he was holding his neck and gasping for air. mark tried to get him to breathe and he was faintly trying to get some air into his mouth, his eyes were so big and the boys started screaming his name, I ran over and told my 7 year old to call 911 and i put my hand is his mouth and pulled out some grape skin, but he was still gasping and turning grey, ... marco was screaming into the phone my baby brother is choking come and help us, I grabbed the phone and gave my name and address and hung up, told my 9 year old to open the front door and shoved my hand down his throat again, he vomited up a little more and bit my hand hard and was shaking his head back and forth, Mark was screaming help him, I screamed Mommy, please help me... finally a third time I reached down as far as my fingers would and I pulled out a whole grape, he collapsed into my husbands arms and they were just sitting on the floor, getting as much air in as he could. I ran to tell the cops I got it, and thanks  for coming so quickly... they came in, looked at him and took our info and left. My body was shaking, my hands were shaking and I couldn't believe how I almost lost my 4 year old to a grape... it doesn't have to be cancer, it could be anything, anytime, anywhere... I know you were with me Mommy, thank you for helping me and keeping me calm amongst the craziness... I can never believe that any harm will happen to my kids, it just isn't possible, as long as you are my angel watching over me. I miss you terribly!  We watched a movie last night, and at the end, fairies came and brought a father and daughter together, Marco looked over at me and said "wouldn't it be awesome if Nonna could do that right now?"  .. and I smiled and said Yea, that would be really awesome.  We had a family night, snuggled up and stayed up a little late.  Today, i woke up like I was hit by a train, my body hurt me, my neck, my back.. I was achy all over, amazing what a stressful event can do to you!  God Bless everyone, enjoy each day, b/c you never ever know what can happen to change everything. xo
