Molloscum

My 9 year old has been diagnosed with molloscum and it's breaking my heart it's on his face and back I'm fighting daily but it'd making me feel so depressed. He's had it for four months now I have upped his immune system with good vitamins and using molludab. Please advise me!!!!! It's so horrible.
