Modem n Router Rebooted

My sister rebooted my modem n Router. Dots came back on tv a lot. I fell asleep and I had a dream about the Dots on the TV. My tv keeps shutting off still it's the old tv. My mom may want a technician to come out. My sister is not sure if the problem is the cable or my tv. I told management of my complex about my tv problems they don't want to be involved. My Caregiver might take me back to cable company maybe. I really feel like God doesn't want me to have a working enjoyable tv it sucks. Im suffering for over a year now. This upsets me upsets my family. It's a horrible situation. Gives me tons of anxiety. Happy birthday shout out to my good old friend Chris been friends for years and we even met up in person once very cool. Happy birthday Chris.
