Mixup?
There must have been a mixup at Texas Workforce(Unemployment). After waiting for my packet, I decided to call the telephone helpline to try to get my PIN, personal identification number, and was told my social security number already had one. Brainstorming, I tried a couple of numbers and got the right one. Funny, I already had one. I guess TW never knew I had gotten a job! I remember trying to tell them I'd gotten the job at Convergys, but couldn't find a place online or on the phone. They issued me only one payment, but that was probably because I quit filing job search reports. But, this complicates things. Now, I need to update my resume to show I worked in a call center so future employers can see it. Just what I need,,,complications and questions. I need a job fast, but, if I apply for a lot jobs in one week, it will decrease the number of places I can apply. And since TW requires at least three contacts per week to qualify for benefits, I could run out of contacts before the benefit time runs out and I won't be able to qualify. It was great the last time. The day after I applied for unemployment I had a job offer and two days after that, another. What to do?
