mixed messages?
So Thursday he told you that he wanted us to live together, to be together, to be US, as he kept putting it. He said he wanted to grow old with me. He said he'd be willing to move out to NJ and live with me here until we figured it out. We discussed finances, we discussed what we'd need in an apartment.
Friday I heard from him back and forth all day.
Saturday he texted me "Morning. Miss you" around noon (my time). Then I didn't heard from him again until 4:30, when he texted--asked if I was tired (I'd told him I was cleaning the basement). Tried calling him--no answer. He called me around 8:30 to tell me he was in a bar waiting to meet with some friends. Asked if I had seen the pic of his Halloween costume he'd sent--I told him my internet was acting up and hadn't seen it yet. The truth was that I found myself obsessively checking my email and panicking if there wasn't a message from him, so I locked the laptop in the car to keep me from doing that!
Said he'd call me later--didn't.
Texted his usual "morning--going for coffee" at 11. Haven't heard from him since. I texted him around 4 that I'd gotten his pic--pretended I'd just gotten it (internet problems). Still no response.
Trying not to obsess over this. He's busy this weekend. That's when he gets to see his friends, and he had Halloween plans. You knew that. But its so strange to me that just 3 days ago he wanted to talk about our life together and now he can barely take out a minute to text/call me.
Trying so hard not to panic.
