Mistakes are made

I grew up in a world where mistakes were not tolerated.  I made several mistakes lately and people got angry.  We are human and not perfect.  This made very little difference to the people I dealt with.  My father is a perfectionist and became very frustrated when we made mistakes.  My mother would scream, call me names and punish me for some mistakes.  Of coarse in school you weren't suspose to make mistakes.  When I entered the work force, mistakes I made were dealt with harshly.  I learned early on that mistakes were very bad and should be avoided at all costs.
