Missing my beloved one
On January 2, 2011 will be 2 years of my beloved's passing. It's hard to believe.

Generalized Anxiety can be overwhelming and unbearable for some. My anxiety can be mild to severe with panic attacks that I can\'t handle. I try my best to get calmed and try working again on things of importance in my life.
Knowing that generalized anxiety will always be here.
When my anxiety gets severe I try to count from 1000 down also listening to music on cd. Music can help you heal your mind.
well I saw my therapist on June 28th. he told me to take anti anxiety medication for my panic attacks and anxiety. Also on getting another job said to carefully select work enviroment and productive demand.
