Missing my Mom
I'm really missing my mother. I miss her all of the time but especially as it gets close to Christmas and with my cancer diagnosis. I have to believe that she still exists and is watching over me so she would know of my diagnosis. I so wish she was here to hug me, to make me smile and laugh! When she died she left a hole in my heart that can never be filled. I know she would be with me every step of the way. My boyfriend, his family, and people online are so incredibly supportive! I rely so much on that support! That support helps me get through each day! Mom, I love you and miss you every day! You will always live on in my memories and in me! I miss the daily phone calls from my mother and how we'd go out to eat or go out to special events together! When I went out with her I felt more comfortable talking to other people. Without her I've kind of withdrawn more into myself when I'm out in public. I'm always shy until I'm comfortable. Online is different because I'm much more open.

I know the feeling :( Have you tried writing her a letter? If you can\'t take it to the cemetary-leave it by the christmas tree. And yes-she is watching over you and in your heart to keep you strong both physically and mentally!
I\'ve never wrote her a letter but I do sometimes talk to her in my head. I\'m not sure if that makes sense or not. I\'ve never been to her grave except when we brought her ashes there. I don\'t have a vehicle and it\'s not easy to get a bus there as the cemetery isn\'t in the city.
I can only imagine how you feel. My mom is a huge part of my life. I can understand how much you miss that physical connection. The love from our moms can be unlike any other bond. I believe with all of my being that love never ends. That the love we share, we hold in our hearts forever. And that our loved ones are still with us. Loving us, guiding us, encouraging us. My experience has been that if I pay attention, there are signs all around me to support that. Like little winks to let us know...they\'re still around. And yes, you talking to her in your head totally makes sense! She hears you. :)
Sending you loving and supportive hugs my friend...
I agree 100% love and light! Thanks for the supportive hugs my friend! :)
