Will someone support me? I witnessed my neighbor throw a black baby schitzu to the ground. The pour baby landed 2 feet from inpact! Its a lucky thing I have Fulton County Animal Services on Speed Dial!!! They came to his house and gave him a warning, he has to take the puppy to the vet for examination. Today, I saw the man, how bout he told me to mind my own business?? Are you SERIOUS!!! What if his apartment was on fire, or somebody was stealing his car...He would want me to mind my business then, hunh!!!!
