Misery
Tonight, I felt the need to jot down my feelings in regards to my upcoming surgery, which is frightening. Only three more days until I'm on the operating table. Not looking forward to it.....but it's medically necessary, and I'm in so much physical pain. I've never had abdominal surgery before, but I'm confident in the surgeon's ability to perform the procedure. However, I had a discussion with my children about the realities of surgery, and I expressed how much I love them, and my 4 year old grandson. The bottom line is I'm a nervous wreck!
The past few days at work were challenging because of the pain. I'm often on my feet because I teach preschool, and it takes endless energy to keep up with the little ones. I couldn't take any meds prior to work because of the drowsy effect. But thank God....the weekend is here, and I can rest as much as possible.

i am so sorry you have been in pain. i know i\'ve had everything out of me except basically three things!! not much left in there!! LOL . lots of surgeries. my prayers are with you. sending my love.

I know exactly how you feel. I went through abdominal surgery in September and I was terrified before hand, but you will be just fine. Without even knowing it you will just fall asleep and in what seems like a minute later you wake up and it\'s all over. And the pain will be all gone-that\'s the best part. I will pray for you, but you have nothing to fear. Let us know how it all works out. Lots of hugs.

hey sabrina, sorry not keeping up on here. i was hospitalized on friday--sun. night. for medication side effects. i could not walk at all. they checked me twice with heart and brain, all ok. they were checking for a stroke, all ok. thank GOD was with me there. i hope you are feeling good. talk soon.
