Misdiagnosis
I have recently sought a second opinion with another ENT specialist. My dignosis has been changed from MD to, "Mal de Barquement", often misdiagnosed as MD. Some of you may want to check this out on the web. Mal de Barquement symptoms are a bit different, a classic sign is when you feel ok wihen you are moving such as in a car but it's when you stop the car the motion continues. It's often a swaying or bobbing sensation as if standing in a rowboat or canoe. Can be brief spells or lasting months or more. The treatments can be a bit different so it's important to know the difference in the diagnosis. Hope this helps someone.
