Miscarriage

A couple months ago I lost a baby at 11 weeks. I was devastated, I have two kids already. The night after i miscarried I had a dream that I ran into a old friend and was telling them how the kids were and said that I just had another little baby but I couldnt see him yet. I woke up crying. Last night I had a dream that I was delivering the baby and I was so excited and couldnt wait to hold him. As I was pushing I couldnt see the baby just like the first dream. What does this mean?? I feel miserable
