Mirena
So, Mirena was inserted during lap - I'm now 8 days post op. While I was hoping for some tendering and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders, my pain is far from gone.
My uterus and vagina are giving me sheer hell! That pain has not gone...he did warn me, he said the adenmyosis may continue to cause pain as would the mirena untill it settles. But really, this much pain? My ovaries are hurting also =(
I just I don't feel relief yet...I honestly thought I would. My hormones and emotional state is all over the place. Perhaps my period is coming. He said if the Mirena is causing me more grief than good he'll take it out. He said sometimes the cramping can be too severe in some women. Just please God let it work...let me get a new lease and new grab on life. I just want relief!
