mindfulness
i am reading a book on mindfulness and mind insight. they both tie into each other. it is making a difference in my life. it also ties into me being involved in yoga. which ties into my religion. yoga is suppose to not have anything to do with a specific religion or is it a religion. i do believe it has spiritual qualities. yoga is stated to be universal and so is my personal religion. i was baptisted into my religion as a baby. i believe baptisms are for protection. God knew what was going to happen to me, but He put things in place so i wouldn't be lost or suffer for ever. i am seeing that He really does have a plan. the suffering will end if you relax, observe whatever it is, and see what you can do about it. ask yourself: what is it, how strong is it, and how long does it last. suffering is nothing but a distraction - look at it that way. ask those three questions and watch those distractions fade away.
