Yesterday. Miles for Hope. 3 miles. I was very anxious. I got through it with Andy in my heart, and Andy's Heart on my shirt. So much love. Such a generous, kind, loving world of my family and friends.

I had an unfortunate experience with a hospice grief group very soon after Chris died, and it kind of soured my opinion of that venue. But, I found FMO shortly after that and the rest is history.
