Mid week stuff

It's certainly been an emotional week...my Dad is back in the hospital.  Found a cyst on his pancreas and they are going to try to get the fluid out of it today.  He hasn't been eating but did eat something yesterday.  Very depressed and just looks awful...Millie is in denial; my brother seems to be in denial and it's just awful to see him going through this.  We've had such a strained relationship over the years...it deeply saddens me that he missed out on much of our lives most specifically my kids.  To be truthful, I don't think he really cares.  He looks tired and just ready to go to sleep....
In the meantime, decided to give Kurt another chance after the big blow off a few weeks ago.  He picked me up on Saturday and we went to Barb's birthday party.  Introduced him to all the friends...he was just a peach.  So he may just be my "ray of sunshine" that I need to get me through this time.  I just need to be in love again.....I like who I am when I'm in love....Baci!
