Mid October blahs

It is cold, wet and raw in these parts. The urge for outdoor activities is greatly diminished. I just go to the mall or the superwallyworld near me for exercise. I also spend more time reading and playing on the net as well as making full use of my TV/DVR.  It's not unpleasant as long as I remember to go for my walks. However, that is something that I do scrupulously. I rather enjoy them. My arms may flip about a bit but that doesn't bother me. Usually I'm OK unless I'm startled or fllustered or upset ...but since I'm a fairly even keeled kind of guy, I don't get upset much. Sometimes when I'm startled though,  people back up a bit until I tell them what's going on. My condition is greatly improved from when I first started to see the neuro but it may now be as good as it gets. That's not too bad. It's just something else that I have some control of and also some uncontrolled moments...like asthma, and my VCD. Most of the time these things are manageable ...most of the time, so that's good. I also have great docs when something makes my conditions unmanageable, That's good too.  The only issue I'm dealing with right now is a  sore throat... but that's nothing much. Oh well, the sun will be out this weekend. Hopefully it will take some bite out of the wind. Be well,Tom
