so don't just list ingredients, list what its packaged in because the package is/can be made of carcinogens!! never even occurred to me to watch out for that. i've also heard things like lighter fluid are now put in our food. need to find the list of that stuff. omg!
i have the heat all the way up to 82. i'm grouchy i discovered because i have the beginning of a cold. i generally don't get the full blown cold, so hope the heat will get rid of this. two of the cats are sneezing and a new rescue has an ear infection. grrrr. dreading treating it. it was on antibiotics for 13 days and its still there. that means it could be yeast and i'll need an antibiotic topical for the ear. back when i had fifi she used to get those. toy poodles are prone to them, but this rescue is a cat. also noticed the orange feral that is coming by and talks to me now, a good sign, is sleeping on a wicker ottoman with a cushion on it in the garden. yay! now to get close enough to him for a pet and get him fixed, would be good.
i'm still sickened over the woman's cat from the sherriff's office 911 office. i'm sending them the info that is on my march 2 journal about 90 percent of shelter animals being killed etc., and a shorter version from safehaven rescue in maine that gives a shorter version of the long letter with bullet points. can't believe the woman is so cheap and/or uncaring that she will let them kill her two cats AND she keeps lying and getting caught lying. even worse. sickening person.
its 40 degrees outside right now and supposed to go down to 35. i'm eating new england clam chowder with a full big can of minced clams added to it. so good. i'm wearing a black cashmere turtleneck. yum. and sleeping with TWO down comforters (which i actually like to do anyway. lol.) at one point last night i had THREE felines two cats and one kitten lying ON my body, wth? so have to be careful not to move too much and knock them over. lol.
part of the melancholy is from talking to steven the other day, which went into two days. and part of my mood, my guess is its caused by this cold. then another depressing conversation today with info on estonia which is a tiny country called one of the "baltic states", its the size of brooklyn with under 2 million people. on the finland sea. they brought over thousands from estonia 28 years ago who were supposed to settle in northwestern florida and couldn't because an asshole from south florida was threatening to kill them all. nowadays, they call it hate crime. amazing stuff like that goes on. the lawyer doing most of the threats was easily around age 45 or older, i look at that now having passed that age up. 45 isn't a young person at all. they should have put him away, just for threatening. wth? so the people were removed from north florida after like one week and disbursed all over the eastern seaboard instead.

That is an odd and sad story that your friend Steven had to say. And 45 is not that young..........but I wouldn\'t mind being there again. :-)

ah carly, you crack me up, but i\'m sure its my writing. steven is my husband, still married on paper. actually what steven had to say is worse....one day i\'ll journal that as when i am mad at someone i don\'t hide names, i just throw it in there.
the estonia thing came up because all of us our in our 40\'s, and the case, back when i worked in court in broward county was treated like, oh, the lawyer is 45, he doesn\'t realize. that same lawyer was an embezzler, in trouble for attacking other court personnel PHYSICALLY since 1969, on and on, but still walking around and if i put his name on here, you could actually read more about him. like a ted kennedy, guilty of EVERYTHING but still a senator. what kind of country is this?
