Merry Christmas to all my wonderful DS friends!
After my no lunch fiasco - I had a fairly productive afternoon. It's amazing what I can accomplish when no-one is around. I found some Christmas music - piped it up loud and finally started to actually feel a little Christmasy spirit. I even forgave my co-worker for taking my sandwhich. My heart grew 10 sizes this afternoon! lol (get it - grinch story?)
We are off tomorrow morning to visit our oldest son and family (grandkids 7, 4, & 2) for Christmas. Should be fun, active, and everything but relaxing. We get to see our kids run around like crazy while we enjoy their efforts and the grandkids. I handle the noise and chaos way better going to their house then when they come to mine. If it gets too bad, I go for a long walk, sometimes with a little one tagging along.
I hope all of you wonderful friends have a very Merry Christmas/holiday and a joyous time with your family and friends. During this special season I hope we all will count our blessings and reflect on the things that are truly important in our livesl Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!

Grandchildrem must be so much fun and they sound the perfect age for all of the magic! It\'s not the same without chilren, I think we will all be even more grateful of our families this year.
I am not as flustered by chaos in someone else\'s house as I am in my own, good idea to visit them instead!

Enjoy your time with your grandkids CM... I hope your Christmas is Wonderful!! I so am on the same page with you about getting things done when you are alone. I actually sent everyone here on errands all day yesterday and was able to wrap and clean with no household hubbub!!
