Merry Christmas everyone!

Well, the Christmas party last night at karate was a smash!  For 9 years I have brought my baked cavatelli (kind of like lasagna).  I was late. Everyone was in a panic.  But I made it.  Eating this last week or so has not been good.  But today was really good.   Bagel & cream cheesecoffee (3 cups)waterfresh pear (yum!  From the fruit basket we got from Uncle Bill.  Thanks Uncle Bill!)5 baked Gorton's fish sticksProgresso 99% fat free minestrone soup (2 helpings which is only 200 calories)watermineral water I think I will have a yogurt later.  Fat Free. Exercise today- no official exercise.  Just running around cleaning, decorating, wrapping. Took Kona to the vet as she was eating mud.  Vet called today.  Found nothing wrong (thank God!)  Fecal sample, urine sample all fine.  She thinks it is behvioral since she was a rescue puppy from a puppy mill and combined with maybe I need to feed her a little more.  So we are upping her food.  Kona was eating mud to the point where she would come in and vomit.  But otherwise, she is perfect.  So if this is the kookiness I have to deal with, so be it.  I love the stuffings out of her anyway.  I just have to keep an eye on her outside and make sure she stops eating mud. David hasn't been too bad these last few days.  School was cancelled Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday due to the storm.  But he has been out with friends and getting a lot of exercise, etc.  So not too bad. Christmas Eve dinner is at my Mom's house tomorrow.  Christmas dinner is at my house.  My sister and two brothers and their kids will be there.  I dread it anymore.  For so long, I have felt like odd man out with them.  They treat me like crap.  They hate my husband.  They make fun of him and of me.  They think they are better than me I guess.  Maybe a little jealous too and make fun of me to make themselves feel better.  The only reason I go is for my mom's sake.  And I would miss the nieces and nephews, not that any of them know me anyway.  None of them give me a hug or kiss except for my sister's 3.  (When they were growing up, they were with me all of the time.  I took those kids EVERYWHERE!  I had no children, so I spoiled them rotten.)   Christmas day will be here.  Me, Paul, David, my Mom, my Aunt Carol and a couple of friends who have no other family around.  It is nice and casual and fun.  And we will have a Wii Bowling tournament and a Wii Fit hoola hoop contest I think.   Anyway, I hope all of my friends on DS (my wonderful friends) have a wonderful, happy and safe Christmas!  I truly am blessed to have you as friends!  Take care!  Hugs to all!  Gonna think up some new goals and New Year's resolutions!  Gotta keep going in the right direction!
