Employees prefer to Learn by themselves. They like meeting their co-workers and interacting together to Understand new things. Therefore, Staff are ready to get a structured training. Interestingly, Staff Members are less willing to Understand unstructured because they do not want to interact with their co-workers in another unstructured setting. The evaluation should include evaluating the effectiveness of the plans and any changes that may be required to ensure that the aims and objectives are still being met in the face of changing conditions and changing staff's needs and abilities.

This evaluation process will be a part of a continuing cycle where management and the training Program will continue to evolve over time as the company and its Staff continue to change.
