Meneire's

Hi. What should I do? I found out that i have Meneire's in both eara this year. But the issue is that at times both ears ringing and it is driving me nuts. One of my doctors gave me a app to use but i need something better because i work 8-5 and cannot use my phone a lot of times. Also i am having back to back ear infection the last few months, help!
