Memory
I haven't written for along time but decided to on this Memorial Day, it has been almost eight months since Lance died from suicide and things are getting better but at times it is still very hard. We went out to his grave on Saturday and it is still hard to read his name on a head stone when he should be reading my name and bringing flowers to my grave. I just hope some day I can forgive him for what he did. He has hurt so many people and his two children will now grow up without a father. Hope you are all doing well and God bless.

I hope you can forgive your son, too. I have never been mad at my son for leaving only deeply grieved. I do not believe they were in their right minds when completing this act. Brain chemistry, as well as other factors play major roles in suicide deaths. If you watch Dr. David Jeremiah on Sundays you will have heard his sermon on depression and suicide. If you did not you may want to hear it....go to DavidJeremiah.com and the video for this past Sunday is on there. I hope it will give you some relief and peace. God bless you.....hugs, dale...brandon\'s mom
I do agree with Kingsdaughter about the brain chemistry imbalance and depression/undiagnosed mental illness playing a major factor in most suicides. But I also think anger is a normal phase of grieving, especially when one is grieving the suicide of a son or daughter. Eight months or eight years, these emotions come and go and it is very hard to control. I admit I still have days of anger because my daughter choose to end her life and leave a son without a mother but other days I realize she was not completely sane when she accomplished her last act on this earth. I hope this comment makes sense to you. May you find peace in the coming days. Truly your friend, BarbaraWawa
Please find it in your heart to forgive Lance, now is not the time to hold a grudge. Please try and find love in your heart. My Morgan left us, we love her and always will. peace to you,, Nora
It is not that I don\'t love and miss my son, but I am still so very angry with him for doing what he did. Today is eight months to the day since he left us.
There are times when I have felt anger at Robin because she chose to take the drugs that killed her. It makes me angry sometimes because she isn\'t here for her kids or for the rest of us who loved her. She made a choice,,,
