MEME/PHOTO: a gentleman will open doors, carry things... because she is valuable & respect
"A gentleman will open doors,
pull out chairs, and carry things.
Not because he views women as helpless or unable, but because he wants to show her that she is valuable and worthy of respect."
Ditto when men fix things for you. They are servicing you to show you they care - its their version of romance. (or they are a handy person trying to make money. lol.)
I Am Fed Up With Your Lies And Cheating
headed for the marina with a. super nice outside today. spent the morning on the deck reading a day at the fair i think its called. have to check that. its the 1893 world's fair in chicago. finding a zillion quotes, just from the odd expressions. cool though.
then headed up here, saving caterpillars, which are everywhere. sweeping them up and putting them further away. also spiders. spiders kill insects like mosquitos and everyone always forgets that and tries to hurt them. why be afraid of spiders, they rarely bite. swept out the carport and did some weeding - i actually ENJOY weeding nowadays, its exercise and so easy if you do it right after a rain or during a drizzle when the ground is wet. they come right up. did some clean up for the animals and corrected the diet on one of them just by switching back to purina complete. the dye in some of the food makes some of the animals sick and that version of purina doesn't have dye in it. don't know why they dye the food at all.
there was a car accident yesterday night. the girl and guy hit one of those cement pillars that lead to the driveway across the street, went over to look at it in the morning. there was a headlight and the entire front piece of the car. don't know what the other pieces were, so it was worse than i thought. a fire engine was there and all that. the girl sitting on the side of the road was wearing what looked to me like UNDERWEAR, but i try really hard not to judge fashions at all, i'm not 20 and who knows, maybe that is what some of them wear? in south florida you used to be able to wear a bathing suit to the mall and not worry about it. its 90 degrees all the time there. around here you could never do that. totally different here.
i've been eating a lot of cherry pastry by having a honey bun as a base and then the cherry pie filling lucky leaf from a can (lucky leaf is the best one). it is just as good as going to paneras and a fraction of the cost. pastry is like $2 each one, i can buy a BOX of honeybuns for $2 or less and then the filling for $2, and i end up with SIX cherry pastries for one third the price. i do the same kind of thing with milk if i buy it, i should add it to the tightwad or thrifty site.
received a photo of an ex, so went to facebook to get a better look. his son just got engaged. his wife is in it, and its from someone's wedding. she LOOKS 50, don't mean to be mean, but WHY in the world didn't she do herself up for a wedding? i don't comprehend that. she is wearing one of those polyester shirts that many older people buy, but older usually like 75, not 50?! in some crazy pattern and a black skirt (or pants, i hope not, you can't tell in the photo) - awful, with the same hair style she had 35 years ago. grrrr. that is a total saga if i ever felt writey on here. lol. he is the same guy that threw away my books (attempted to) because i said they are like bibles to me. my stephen king novels, tightwad gazette, judith krantz, how to get 20 to 90% off of everything you buy -- that kind of book. i was into all of that back then - the practical books i STILL love. i then threw him out of the house. it was the first time i realized he must be cheating through college if he doesn't read for a hobby or get the significance of having favorite authors. how do people get by in life without reading as a hobby? i don't get that. he called books graven images and i was like, you know you are really crazy. seriously. i still think so. i also think he wanted to get caught cheating. he quit college after that, and back then, i quit most people who weren't finishing college or college level tech. have no idea if i still do that or not, i can't tell.
weird watching the kids get engaged. his is even weirder because the girl his son is engaged to dated his younger son first, and then dated the older one. creepy, though i know some people do this. to me its ewwwww.

i just realized something, he considered the books \"graven images\" before god. that is what he said. that is actually ABUSE, though he apologised later because he had so many normal people around him. but on his own, that would be abuse and a way to try to \"control\" someone. have to find the meme on what abuse is. didn\'t even realize until now, for me, it was just the last straw....a lot of weird stuff at that point that he blamed this stalker girl for and the evil step, which is probably true. amazing how much trouble the same people cause over and over, even when they aren\'t part of anything, stalking wasn\'t a felony until 1991, so in the 80\'s people got away with stalking. nowadays, its a six year in prison felony. yay!
When my husband fixes things he breaks them even more,LOL
lol. i know someone like that. his wife used to make him promise that he wouldn\'t try to fix anything if she wasn\'t home and left him home alone. lol. same kind of thing.
there was a lawyer in south florida who used to TRIP women as they walked down the aisle into the court arena -- like stick his foot out, total weirdo. mostly court personnel, female lawyers, court reporters etc., but even pregnant women. psychopath.
that same lawyer was on court tv representing PEDOPHILES, what a total ASSHOLE.
