having a mostly good day. sunny and clear all day. around 70 degrees, its 50 right now. yay! heard from pl who was on his way to church in orlando (or ocala?) one of those. lol. to move back to k's he wants a new door and a fence with a gate or the fence moved for the dogs. the big gate was locked in two spots so he couldn't get in when he intended to stay when he first got back. k has been totally FUMING over pl not returning and insulted by it. so the fuming was for nothing. pl says k doesn't have to put anything back that he moved into the shed because he intends to do calking and things as soon as ax is gone, but not before. he says he got a really bad vibe off of being around ax at the house and it creeped him out. he doesn't want to be at k's until ax is gone. it never occurred to me that he didn't return last time for the same reason. he's also unsure of the new neighbor (first i've heard of that, but k is complaining about it as well, so i guess something is up with it).
i looked up crimes against the elderly law for pl but it didn't print properly. pl really is fuming over this. it gave a check list of what people do who are predators. it also calls them con-men in addition to thieves and the checklist said what pl said, people like that plan it out and have a bigger agenda than what appears to be going on. pl thinks ax is dangerous. k says ax is diagnosed with bipolar (and obviously tourettes?) so he should be on disability shortly. hope he knows to get a lawyer for this. the lawyer doesn't charge, and takes a percentage at the end. i used to work for a social security lawyer many years ago. these cases generally take two years but tna said if the guy attempts suicide or says he is suicidal or is baker acted for suicide attempt etc., it goes much faster.
k says the same from when clf wasn't okay, and pl brought that up as well. when he gets home from work, he doesn't want to have to deal with ANYTHING at all. the house is generally nice and quiet and he wants it to remain quiet. he is anti-television, he doesn't want to see a tv playing - that kind of thing. i don't think ax realizes that the way it is at k's is that way by CHOICE, not because of any circumstance. circumstance is a matter of childhood not adulthood generally (except for illness).
so, i made sure i called him to let him know, because i could easily forget to tell him. glad its a done deal. pl got a job locally, which ended up being TWO jobs in one, so he is thrilled. similarly, n's friend who just moved here, got a job within a week (and the job market sucks at the minute) and a seasonal job in addition to that one. amazing since the market sucks and byn says he can't find a job. rn says, byn is lying, he wants a job that pays $22 per hour as that is the job he came from and that is why he keeps refusing work, AND he only wants to work in the morning. i'll stop there because i'll start ranting on that one.
the prego cat gave birth to five babies. rn called when she was giving birth. yay! and i talked to g and she says the rabbit gave birth to 3 babies that should be ready for adoption around easter. yay! she is still waiting for more details from m but no rush at the minute.
woke up to yells this a.m. and thought my neighbor had fallen as his dogs were barking. he said no, it was the neighbor arguing in the yard behind him. so he brought the dogs inside.
g says the old women from south of here were going door to door trying to make waves about animals which is why it was brought up at a meeting....they weren't here for anything good, just to make trouble?! amazing because they live over 45 minutes from here. wth? the only person who let them inside was the neighbor behind g. why in the world would a person allow a total stranger inside their house? g says they aren't trying to get free spay/neuter county-wide, as through a tax or a grant, but that they are menaces. no surprise on that one. i am surprised that its going on for so long, as i heard about this before i moved here and before they were "involved with animals". the big claim is they got involved with animals to try to get access to people's homes and money and other personal information. r said the same about that as when they showed up over there, they actually asked about their money and who they were leaving it to...omg! and requested money. wtf? there was also credit card fraud going on through the pound, through their "contact" over there who we also caught INSIDE BOTH of our houses and in our yard...and not to forget and at both of the beach houses where we lived before this, going back 15 years and we weren't involved in rescue back then (nor were these old women). EVERY address? that isn't a coincidence - but beach house people are never home and generally young? eventually that whole thing is going to be exploited, if its not handled the other way.
