He received the UWA "Excellence in Teaching Award - Post Graduate Research" for 2002 and in 2003 was appointed Senior Editor, for the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease and Editorial Board Member for Current Drug Targets CNS & Neurological Disease. Students have been learning about the characteristics of coaches and beginning to take part in peer teaching to demonstrate their understanding of the theoretical concepts. Outdoor Studies is also a Year 9 elective with Ms Cooper this year, and the focus for this term is sustainability.
