meeting was pointless and insulting.......

so that meeting that i was anxious about...it was POINTLESS and INSULTING!!!!!!!!!!!!! including there were 6 people from work there including my boss.....the lady from this place was there and she handed out printed out powerpoints and basically was teaching us how to work with kids...well DUH! we know how to work with kids!!!!!!!!! that's not the issue!!!! the issue, is that we need to know how to care for E and his autism....she even went through the stupid slide about how to do a tme-out!!!!!! we were furious....at one point my boss said,"well we're here for E..." and the lady said,"no we're not...." and went right on talking!!!!!! and then our boss came to work on saturday which was fine....but she told me that the lady told her,"i really like valerie...she asked good questions....i really like her....she's good..." which i dunno how she's judging good...??? but take it i guess???
