OK had a few dates with a very nice gentlemen. Dating at my age is great. With age I have finally learned that I am myself and not what the guy wants me to be. Just myself is enough.

I am kvelling - I found two new groups on DS - so lucky one is \"Stories...\", get to read and write short stories so much fun. Also I get a spiritual vibe from the group. All good. And number two group is; \"WHY WEIGHT? a group started by a gal who is positive, but realistic about her own recovery from food abuse. I committed to weighing myself this morning. Did not do it yet. I pray to Let Go and Let God. Dear God Hear My Prayer. Let me find strength to get through this day without injuring myself or others. Either intentional or unintentinlly. Bless Us All God.
