meeting..........

i had my meeting with the people at the access center today to see what accommodations could be for me.....it went okay....i feel kind of numb about it, so i wanna self injure...i went to panera after just to get some comfort food....and after my therapy session yesterday, we scheduled an appointment today after the metting so i could process it, so after panera i went to therapy....my head is killing me....i've had a bad headache since saturday night....it really hurts!!!!! i might make an appointment wiith my doctor to figure out if he knows what it could be.....after my therapy session today i immediatly came home, put on my pajamas, popped in a movie and i'm trying to take a nap....i'm just tired and i don't really wanna do anything....i just don't feel good...emotionally OR physically
