Meds- Finally!

I had a problem when I went to my psych and she forgot to put my Prozac on my prescription. I didn't think it was that big of a deal since I've been on it before and I thought I had a lot. Well, I didn't. I ran out and had to call the doctor on Christmas eve and get the order to the  pharmacy, but they ran out and didn't have it in stock. I couldn't do anything until yesterday and then today I got the prescription filled at CVS. I have felt funny since I haven't had it and I've been getting depressed and mood swings. I'm just glad I got some. Geo has been in pain and yelling again. He finally took Vicodin today and he's much calmer. I was scared for a bit last night because he was yelling at his game. I'm just sensitive since I was off meds. Normally I can deal with it, but last night I was withdrawing bad and just couldn't take it. Today was just a normal day. I'm going to try and go to bed early and volunteer tomorrow. I think I have to do something on Tuesday but I'm not sure.
For New Years I want to lose weight by: eating 3 servings of veggies a day, go to the gym at  least 3 times a week, train to jog a 5k, and not going out to eat a lot. I need to get back into journaling as well. It seems like a lot when I write it, but it's really not too much. My goal is to be under 200 pounds by mid-summer.

i\'m with you on the dieting and exercise. would like to try chair yoga, sounds like something i can do. i also heard \"crawling\" is supposed to be good and do that where? lol. maybe the beach? i guess if you get back to what little kids do, the weight and exercise happens all by itself. its being sedentary that ruins all of us.

sorry to hear about the prozac and glad it worked out. xxoo
