In other words, you no longer fight against things that you cannot change. You embrace yourself and the whole world as it is. Once you stop judging yourself and hiding and constantly trying to change your self-perceived imperfections you become free to live authentically and fully.
Once this has been established begin by taking a full inventory of your body and making each part relax. Focus on each part individually starting with the top of your head and not stopping until reaching the bottom of your feet and toes. Pay close attention to any parts giving you trouble. Feel the tension in each place as you breathe deeply and slowly to dissolve the tension. Letting your body fully relax should take no more than a few minutes.
