Medication reduction
Well my nephrologist dobbed me in to my Pdoc, that I threw out my meds. Busted but in a good way.
Now on Tegretol 400gm mane and nocte, 30mg Lexapro and 100mg Seroquel nocte.
Still having mixed episodes dropping down into deep dark depression with self harm thoughts but fortunately I'm an inpatient at a Private Psych hospital so feel safe.
I regret stopping meds without my pdocs guidance, he was happy to change them. I have been in here for almost 5 weeks now and am sure I'll be in for at least another 2 weeks.
Moral to the story, please don't titrate your meds on your own. As a result of me doing this, I have had to defer my studies and risked the friendship of a really good friend, however, he has proved to be just that as he has kept visiting me and messaging me.
