Medication
I had a bad reaction with the Zoloft and had to stop taking this medication. Went to see the doctor today and was put on Celexa and Xanax to get me through the rough adjustments. I am not sure if I am even going to bother with the medication. I know my biggest problem right now is just the stress of moving. I am so ready to just get to Mississippi and get over this transition period. I know that it does not make matters any better that I have had several medical issues in the last month and that has increased my anxiety through the roof. The one bright spot has been having cabl television. After three years of nothing to watch, I finally have something to distrat my rampant thoughts with. I just wish that I had my bed back so I would know if all of these aches and pains are something serious or related to the uncomfortable furniture that we have been dealing with. I am anxious to get my sonogram done so I can be sure that there is nothing wrong with my pancreas and everything that has been going on is truly viral related. I also have to stop googling every little symptom, ache, and pain that I have. I know that this will really be critical in helping me to deal with my health anxiety. I am also planning on quitting smoking. I know that smoking is not healthy for me and think that most of my problems stem from knowing that I should not smoke. I feel guilty for smoking and hurting my family and most importantly children by smoking. That will be another long and hard struggle, but I have to do it. If I want to make a change with this anxiety, I have to focus on what I can change in my life.
