Me and my weight
My weight has gotten to be pretty debilitating to me. I weigh almost as much as I ever weighed in my life and that's a lot. I have gained 100 pounds since starting on a/p's. I can't blame all of the weight gain on that though because God knows I love to eat and do eat emotionally at times which is never good. I can hardly get up and down or play with Dillon. Or walk even. It saddens me so, BUT.............there's always a but. ;) I have started on Weight Watchers. I hope that we will start to see less of me as time goes by. I have to do something. My weight is killing me. Next, I have to work on quitting smoking too because that's really gonna kill me. Might kill me to try to quit LOL. I am viewing this as a positive thing. I am going to have to lose some weight before I can even begin exercising. I can do it though. I hope. Kinda scary as this is my last resort before I seriously consider gastric bypass surgery. Wish me luck!!

best of luck with it. im needing to lose 50 pounds and cant seem to get motivated. just start taking little walks a couple times a day. in time you will be able to go farther and farther. take it one step at a time. as for the smoking, dont know what to tell you there. my friend keeps saying she is going to quit and hasnt yet. her goal was the first of the year. its a hard habit to break. best of luck to you

The best of luck with all of this! Its great that you have decided to do so many positive changes in your life for your health. I personally am thinking of starting the atkins diet. I hope this weight loss goes great for the both of us! =]
Good luck with losing weight & quitting smoking. Sounds like you\'re making positive changes.
I lost 80 lbs a few years ago. But I confess, I got off the a/p first. It is still a battle, but I also took up exercise - 1 minute on an exercise bike and a few sad stretches and 2 lb free weights.
Now I am thinner since I was in my 20\'s I can cycle hard for 1 1/2 hours, lifting 20 lbs free and 50 on the universal and I am in better condition than I ever was in my life. I am really pushing the mood charts these days. I also track my exercise, weight blood pressure, and triggers, sleep etc. It makes you realize how much more disciplined you need to be. WW is a good start - don\'t get discouraged. Quitting smoking and losing weight is a double barreled shot gun. But you can do it. It took me over 2 years. But in the end, I am feeling much better for it.
You go girl.. the anti psychotics are wicked.. cranks the appetite center up so high it is tough.. I have heard great things about Weight Watchers.. you can choose what ever you want within points isnt it.. that would suit me.. I will keep you in my thoughts and Prayers sweetheart..xx
