Me Again

I looked back at my profile. I haven't been on here in about a year or so. And up there I had "Depressed Teen."
Now. I have never been diagnosed with depression, I've never had to take any type of medication or anything. So why was that up there? It was because I exaggerated. Not purposely, but out of anger, and low tolerance and that "I'm so done" mentality. Don't get me wrong, I haven't had the easiest life. I cried a lot. To myself of course. Ideally at night. I wanted so badly to escape, to be adopted, be born into another family, look different, blah, blah, blah. I think we've all gone through that.
And so, I removed it from my profile. Because, the real thing is, teens who really have been diagnose with depression don't deserve it. Some kid who claims she is "depressed." I think I had it hard, but no, not compaired to the other kids who have to un- wantingly, get up out of bed every morning- if they do, and take their Adderall, their Anti- depressants, and so on. Because most of them, don't even want to be here. And so, they don't deserve it. Kids like me, claiming that they've got it "hard."
The only pills I've had to pop was my vitamins and an Advil for a headache.

My whole point and message to writing this is that life isn't as bad as we think it is. It all depends on how we look at it. If we think that life is miserable, all humanity is disgusting, the sun is ugly, and it rains all day, well then, life is going to suck. You're always going to be unhappy. Its time to be more optimistic about the future. When you don't want to get out that bed, think to yourself "You know what? I really want to sleep, but it's time to get my life together. It will pay off later.
It won't all happen in an blink of an eye. Just keep progressing until you're a pro.
"It's a bad day, not a bad life."
Stay Strong, because I really believe- not think. I believe that you're worth it.
