Me!

recently gone into self observation to better understand myself, boy does it help. After my break up and feeling loenly a lot of the rime, learning I am an INFJ helps.

I have the rarest personality type in the world, which means I dont feel understood or that I feel like I dont fit in. Just like my zodiac cancer (also a very special persona) , I am  a caring person and I care about others so much more than myself. I like to surround myself with friends who really care, while I am extroverted to others, I am introverted to myself.

Unfortunately being an INFJ did not help my first relationship, and this is why; I tend to try and perfect everything and hope for the best.

Like a true INFJ I over-process information,I rant for the sake of ranting, can be arrogant and very opinionated and self asorbed, and have the habit of emotionally abandoning someone suddenly. Yep, message to everyone: do not date an INFJ hahha anyways knowing this helps me observe how I can change my outlook for a better relationship next time.

As a true INFJ, I tend to surround myself with friends who I feel truly understand me, all the while being there for anyone who needs me.

BUT being an INFJ can be a terrible struggle. As we are so rare and different and extremly introverted at times and super sensitive, our self esteem and anxiety can be at an all time high.

When I am upset I shut myself down, I have no motivation for anything, I tell myself nobody cares, even though I know some do.I think of all the negetive things I could possibley think of, I give myself all the pain, telling myself I deserve it, not sure why, but thats just who I am.

Now I have a better understanding of my strengths and weaknesses, why I feel so out of place and Why I act the way I do, I can look at that, self observe, and all the while be proud of being one of the rarest and accepting it, changing my outlook so I can be the best version of myself I can possibly be.
