may god be with you and bless you. may you be poor in misfortunes & rich in blessings, know happine
"May God be with you and bless you.
May you see your children's children.
May you be poor in misfortunes and rich in blessings.
May you know nothing but happiness from this day forward.
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face, and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand."
Beautiful poems. hope this saves! lol.
spent most of the day trying to get things done and packed. also gave the cats generic frontline and as always it becomes a thing. does it sting or what?
went to the home store, found ethan allen piece of furniture, doors for the shower, beautiful bookcases, mirrors for the bath....got lucky today. everyday is different there. brought the boys the moldings for the two rooms. they need washing down or painting, but i can do that. we get to the house and creepy as all hell, there is a NOTE inside the house from the GIRL that we found INSIDE the house last time. omg! how is she getting in? disgusting. hmmmm, are you over 18, you don't know NOT to go into other people's property? so now we have the nutcase from another country nightly at the house by the beach and this one over here. called ADT to make an appointment to have alarm system and cameras with recording feature put in. grrrrr. wonder what we will find at the acreage, i am really getting annoyed from all this UN-NEEDED drama.
they had a great price on cabinets as well. so someone can be making money doing this or there are professionals. never a guarantee with workers though. talked to sh and she gave me the name of her guy, he does floors and alarms. cool. whatever. just tired of all this drama over what should be NOTHING. don't remember going through much of this before. i think we always get no shows or people who aren't very good at what they claim to do, but none of the rest of this. this is a whole other form of aggravation! i want to know WHERE he is finding his workers. also found russel's number for the suede furniture. hope its not already gone. talked to the guy for the cabinets and he said the install alone is probably around $250, which doesn't sound high to me. k says we need to build outside for the cat door because its higher up. wonder if pallets can do that?
i said to j, we could use the acreage for a free 3 week fresh air camp for inner city kids and he doesn't think its needed in small cities like this. probably true. though camping teaches more things than just nature. look at how well nora did with all that. she's like a different person. it teaches you that electricity isn't necessary and there are other ways to BE.
i'm thinking early american on the furniture but not sure yet. going green is one of the smarter things i've done. looked through some of the pick ups. don't think i can stomach doing something like that yet. lol. its going too far. in miami, driving a pick up would be right up there with driving a horse and buggy or riding a donkey instead of a car. need to get boxes, but still don't know exactly what is going on with all that. i wouldn't even feel safe getting mail at the new address, though i'm always paranoid with that anyway. i'll probably use the acreage for that i guess. haven't figured it out yet.

You did a good job with the shopping! GO YOU!!!
I\'d definitely get some sort of alarm system! Why can\'t you prosecute that crazy girl! JEEPERS!
I LOVE that poem you have up there. Awesome blessing to bestow upon one\'s friends! xoxo
k called and said that tyler put the note in the house not the girl. yay! so one done, but the foreigner still waking everyone up. i was asleep on the deck but couldn\'t see her from up there, and didn\'t expect it. who the fuck is the stupid bitch. reallllly need a name to wrap it up and an address thank you.
Love the Irish blessing, Camping makes fond memories, cooking hot dogs on the fire and singing camp songs, walking in the creek rocks trying not to fall in. Simple stuff but fun stuff.
What can you do against the screaming lady? Can\'t the police just arrest her for disturbing the peace? Is it really necessary to get her address? Just some thoughts. *hugs*
the police would have to catch her for disturbing or we can get it on camera and if the camera has sound. what a weirdo and an asshole and being \"foreign\" she has no rights at all in this country, nor ANY country except the country she comes from.
yeah, annie the one thing i\'ll miss is summers at this house, sleeping on the deck, the ocean winds, the spare room with the ocean winds and wood ceiling and door to the deck and my FAVORITE window in the first bedroom, with a view of the rooftops, a peek of the sky, the tops of the palm trees and lawns and sometimes a glimpse of the intracoastal. yay. its also nice that downstairs rooms stay cool on their own, our other beach house was the same way about 2 miles south of this one.
