As we know, we cannot avoid life’s hurts that leave us with pain, guilt, anger, and shame; however, we can learn from these emotions. Emotions influence our thinking processes, impacting how we see the world. Therapy can help clear these barriers of uncertainty, which can prevent us from achieving our personal goals, getting that promotion, or achieving a healthy relationship. I offer a blend of cognitive and transpersonal therapy to assist people in managing symptoms, correcting faulty thoughts and beliefs and expressing emotion in a safe, non judgmental environment. I teach communication and assertiveness skills as well as anger and stress management. Specializing in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions and relationship issues.

Because the Bath and Tennis and the Everglades clubs are restricted, the rich Jews of Palm Beach are ineligible for membership. This lush and lovely Florida island, which faces the Atlantic Ocean on one side and Lake Worth on the other, is the winter counterpart of such northern summer resorts as Newport, Southampton, and Bar Harbor. Here rich people can enjoy being rich without fear of criticism, because almost no one lives in Palm Beach except other rich people enjoying being rich. But even here, in this most rarefied existence of rank and privilege, there is heard a constant lament that things are not as good as they used to be. Originally incorporated on August 29, 2006 as the Auxiliary of St Mary’s Medical Center, Inc, our purpose was to minister to the non-medical needs of the patients of St. Mary’s Medical Center as a public charity.
