married with kids but still lonely

Like the title says I'm married and have 2 kids and I'm still feeling lonely.  I love my husband and kids with all my heart!!!!!  I just feel like no one really cares.  My husband says he love me and after 23 years of marriage he still holds my hand while we watch tv together.  It just seems like he is so concerned about everybody and everything else that goes on around him.  I know he is tired after coming home from work but he just doesn't seem to communicate with us.  He will talk to everyone else like the neighbors, calls family (they can drive a person nuts), and everyone else but when he is done he doesn't have much to say to anyone else.  I joke with him and tell him that in order for him to talk to me I'm going to give him a call on the phone from my cell phone for him to talk to me.  Any one have any suggestions on how to get more communication from him.  Or is there anyone out there that would like to chat with me?
