It's been nearly 4 years since we moved to mississippi from our home in arkansas.  It's just over 2 years since my dad passed away.  I have reduced my work hours to half-time for the most part because I just physically can't keep up.
For the past several weeks all I have wanted to do is sleep. I don't know if it's depression or chronic fatigue, but I decided a couple of days ago enough is enough.  I am trying to go gluten free, aspartame free, diet beverage free, and see if it helps.  After  2 days I'm feeling better but still not whole.
Wish I could get over the restless leg/cramping/twitching that goes on at night.  It's intermittent but when it does it sleep is impossible - hence fatigue.  Wish I knew the answers.  Hopefully, when I get my Medicare I can get to a doctor to get some testing done.  I also suffer with constipation and think that could have something to do with the leg numbness and the cramping episodes but don't know for sure.
I am hoping to see the light at the end of the tunnel soon.

We have been without water since Saturday. The well on the property went out. It\'s so frustrating - this country living. I\'m a city girl NOT a country girl. I like all the conveniences of running water and the toilet flushing, etc. Don\'t mean to be unkind. I love the peace and quiet of the country just it\'s a little inconvenient sometimes. My fibro seems to be doing some better since I started taking the B12 sublingual in the afternoon and drinking my protein shakes for lunch. I\'m still maintaining my weight loss. I haven\'t lost any more but can\'t seem to get motivated to get back on the program right now. I have so much going on in my life. I\'m working at the law office and at home at night for my church - busy, busy, busy. Hard to stick to a gluten/sugar/startch free diet if you don\'t have time to plan. Still I\'m watching what I put in my mouth.

I still have a lot of problems with my feet. I have days I feel good and think I can tackle the world. I try and then I pay for it. We took our grandkids to the zoo last week and walked and walked and walked. Then I drove 2 hrs to and from to take them home the next day. Thursday and Friday I had to work, but Saturday I crashed.

This is Thursday and I\'m ready to take a bath in my own bath tub, but I don\'t think that will happen until this coming weekend. My poor hubby has to rely on friends to get it accomplished and that means waiting on their availability. Anyone reading this - keep us in your prayers.

Saturday, we finally got the new submersible well installed and the water turned back on- yippee!!! The laundry\'s backed up so that\'s my project when I get home tonight.

I went shopping for flowers for my house Saturday and it felt so good to get out and get my hands in the dirt and feel the sunshine on my face. Saturday night, I knew I was going to pay for it, but it was worth it. Weather is headed our way, so I\'m not feeling the greatest today, but I\'m trying to keep my act together. I\'m at work today and need to get back to it.

Sunday I paid for my working in the garden yesterday (Easter sunday). I could hardly walk. I spent much of the day in bed trying to let my back rest. Today, I had to work so I\'m up and at them, but I\'ve got meds in me and I\'m drowsy. What a life! Thank God I don\'t have to walk it alone.
