Mama kitty with bad eye injury

Day before yesterday I noticed mama cats eye didn't look right. Yesterday it even looked worse as it is all swollen under the eye and she can't open the eye very well. I'm trying to give here antibiotices in her food but because all the cats are fearful of me again (thanks to the jerk next door) I can't get her to stay around when I try and take the food out.
 
I'm so stressed out trying to keep these guys all safe. I had a big long cry and yesterday and kept saying I can't do this anymore. Everything was going so well before this guy started his crap. They usually only come around to eat late at night now and they are all so skinny and not healthy looking anymore. My pictures I had posted they all looked so healthy and I just want them to look like that again.
