The making of false statements that damage another's reputation <public maligning of a person can actually be grounds for a lawsuit. the lawyer that stalks me was accused of this by a judge in south florida. he in turn accused vl, who i used to work with. both were caught by cameras in the court room. would never miss the melodrama from working in court, its way worse than people think. this is hilarious because stuff about lorne came up recently, but that is another journal.

odd day. went over to the new house first thing because k DIDN'T go over the night before. i thought he did. all is fine anyway. the new one is still hiding and eating very little. i have no clue at all what to do about that.
saw rn briefly. she is in a fight with byn. she wants me to take juniebug because the black cat across the street is beating it up. junie was one of three left for fostering/cat sitting a YEAR ago by some woman and she never picked up the animals at all. she is in alaska for work and no contact. she was in a car wreck though last year she claimed. one of those is up for adoption and has a semi hold if it goes, one went missing immediately and junie moved up the road because of being terrorized by this black cat, its getting worse. awful. she showed me the rescue from the sheriff's office. its pretty. its petable, but its scared. its in the kitten room.
byn has two weeks to get a full time job or he is being driven to his brother's house 5 hours away from here. she says she will pack him up herself. not good. i told k this, and he cracks up. funny, as rn and the cops told k not to let ax back in but rn is in a similar situation and this is the sixth time in ten years that he has done this. i told k to give him an actual bill with copies of the electric bill from the summer at the new house so he understands why you are furious with him. ax owes him $1200. k seems ill over all this he says that ax actually goes INTO his billfold and takes twenty dollar bills alllll the time and has every time he is at the house and always has. there is no way to add that all up and AMAZINGLY it doesn't occur to ax that he is supposed to be paying his own bills OR working it off or a little of both but not asking for money of any sort when you OWE money that that person.
i call to tell him i'm on my way and he says "we" are waiting for you. i think he means ax and i'm thinking why smile over this? nope. i get there and there is a car from texas. pl is back. he got homesick. he's done this before. interesting timing because the cat we are treating is actually the KITTEN that pl found 14 years ago at the end of 2000 and started feeding it milk and the rest became what it is today. lol. a LOT of rescue (though if they had fixed each animal as soon as it turned five months it never would have happened). nice to see him though and totally didn't expect it. he went in back to clean out his room which is full of storage now. not too bad though, and was warned to lock up anything of value.
so odd day. would have had brunch over there if i knew ax was gone and k who loves to entertain is like, he can't even keep food at the house because it will be gone. it is always a miserable situation when ax is there. so pl showing up out of nowhere is like a miracle. yay pl. put ivermectin in the cat's ears and discovered k has a full bottle of it (for the dogs as heart worm preventative) and hasn't been using it. he needs to put it in the water to ward off parasites as well. e does that.

Busy girl, as usual, 38!! I\'m so glad you spend the time and energy you do taking care of animals! If people would learn to treat each other the way some folks, (like you) treat their pets, the world would be a better place. No doubt about it! xo
so, pl won\'t move in AT ALL, if ax is there. pl is smarter than one would guess, he says the guy tries to take over the conversation and lure you in and what happens with people like that, is you start to trust them and that is when they rob you. which of course is true and very wise of pl. thieves are never worth knowing on any level at all. and i still go with the only good thief is a dead theif.
so, pl called ax\'s probation officer to see WHEN ax is leaving either for rehab or ANYTHING and he says she basically laughed at him. guess there is no waitlist for a rehab program and until k files charges for theft or crimes against the elderly, the latter is done through the attorney general\'s office and can be done of any crime against anyone over the age of 55.
will be really glad when all the melodrama is OVER. pl requested a restraining order and the probabtion officer told him he has to talk to the police and the court to get that, not her. i think he is pretty upset. so is rg with all this. but he shouldn\'t have let him in, the cop said he should call the police as soon as ax shows up, that would have been tresspassing and it\'d be over then and WHY did he show up there at all? I still don\'t get that part. ax seems to think that people ENJOY the drama and the only people i know of that think that are bipolar people -- that is until they see themselves on film and see what their weirdness actually looks like. they are surprised every time.
on the maligning, when it first became this huge maligning thing he seemed to think i would drop all the positive things in my life to deal with his bulshit. instead my lawyers hired a garbage man to sit in court as we sued him, if you show up in person they will just keep doing it. so you speak to the garbage man and the garbage man is your voice. garbage man to deal with the garbage.
what AMAZES me is valL is listed on there as well and its like, i don\'t even know you so why would you do or say all this? its also the reason she got divorced her husband couldn\'t stand her and was tired of dealing with it. she had been doing shit like this since elementary school. its stunning because you would never guess she was totally two-faced. the other thing the jerk lawyer did was call on HOLIDAYS. i couldn\'t believe it. every friggin holiday, on the holiday itself. who in the world acts like that. the only one who had a defense at that time was bda because she was mental and supposed to be on medication and not taking it. better question, why are mental people working in the court system in a \"trusted\" position?
