Making time for me.
IT has been awhile since i read some of my goals I had started and politely pushed aside for other people and life. This year has been a blessing for many reasons, but enjoying things at what may come has allowed me to gain some of my weight back. 23 pounds to be exact. In the realm of things it is not bad, but it is defintely frieghtening. Wow, I don't want to go back to the morbid obese woman that couldn't breath.
So for the last three days I have faithfully logged my food. Looking at the break downs, I see where some of my errors are.
1. I love coffee with cream
2. I love eating, but I am bad at eating regularly and I find myself at the starving point. Then I eat whatever I can and quickly.
3. I quit walking or exercising.
This is all my fault. Living life on the rush and not being actively invested. Eyeballing and making hurried food decisions and not journaling. Now I am not beating myself up. I am just being real and know that my life is great and I want to continue a great life.
So here is to making smart and healthy decisions.
It is okay to be selfish when it comes to being faithful to my gbs pouch.
I will:
measure
exercise daily
get my protein in
read my protocol and weightloss binder
journal food
journal exercise
choose one thing to give up.
I love me and because of this I am not going to let the weight and food control me.
