Making Easy Transitions

Combined media artwork is usually about creating layers and providing various elements together. But how to achieve this so the finished part appears complete and cohesive is just a ability that is frequently elusive to the newcomers in this mixed media space. Here we shall look at different techniques for producing those easy change involving the elements. How can we make each element in your combined press artwork part combination?

1. Adding

Building up layers by way of a bit can just only be achieved by creating these adobe after effects. As absurd as this looks, it needed me a while to realise why these parts I so admired in the shiny publications, with so many layers, had these layers since the artist built up these layers. There is no shortcut.

There are lots of ways to generate these layers. Here are a several some ideas:

- Use text and university elements stuck in the background.

- Colored over, with only a trace showing through.

- Bring lines or use geometric shapes. These should be considered a black color, therefore they will show through the preceding layers. Also be using text and geometric shapes, out heads will effort to produce anything out of these, also once we can actually just see area of the full photograph

- Use consistency to generate forms that will still be visible through the subsequent layers. Gesso used thickly as a platform coat can be used to inscribe words and forms and phrases that these will display through. Heavier consistency pastes may be used to create a lot of texture.
