Mail-Order-Bride

I am very new at seeking help or insight in a support group.  A little about myself.  I took care of my mom, so I'm not a rookie.  However, my mom was a CHF patient, and was a cakewalk compared to my dad.  When my mom passed, my dad lost it.  He got on line and found someone to marry him.  She is he is 86 and she is 42 fresh from the Philippines.  What can one do?  She runs and controls my dad, which I've never seen happen.  I've never seen him so emotional before either.  
Anyone out there have advice for this newbie!
