Made it Past "this time of day"
Right now I am so angry and sad and agitated that I really could kill him if he were standing right here in front of me.
First there were the dreams last night that in running away from me he had a head on collison and killed himself. Then only to discover, in a later dream, that he actually killed one of my students in that crash and not himself. To be followed up with dream #3 in one night where everyone in Penfield was avoiding me because he killed one of the kids, and his family would not even make eye contact with me because I caused the accident by telling him I was taking him to court.... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I don't care. I've got the paperwork ready here to file in small claims for the $4000 he owes me. I don't even care if I get one penny, but I DO hope they discover his non-payment of child support ($20,000 in arrears) and his non-payment of taxes (over 6 years) in the process of discovery! Nothing would make me happier. And I don't care if it DOES cause him to kill himself. We reap what we sow.
I texted his sister a few minutes ago to tell her to let him know that I was filing in court tomorrow. I had emailed him about it last night with, as usual, no response. She replied back only "I'll forward the message". Then I texted something to her that was nasty - so naturally, in the end I'm the bad guy and look the fool. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Frustration taken out on her because she is the only one I can reach. I'm deleting her phone number now - which is what I should have done a long time ago. I will delete the entire families' so that there is no longer any temptation on my part to RUB THEIR NOSES IN IT. Bunch of ASSHOLES. What are they, the mob? All sticking up for one another?????????????????

I am glad you deleted all his family\'s phone numbers and I hope you can resist any future urges to contact HIM. File those papers and let the court thing play out. Stay strong!
You can always give the IRS an anonymous tip about his tax situation, BUT if THEY get to his accounts first, they can SEIZE THEM. In that case, there might not be anything left for you.
I agree with CGK--as angry as you are, resist the urge to contact his family or him. Take the high road and let the courts take care of it. Jerks like him will eventually hit a brick wall and all hell will rain down on them.

Thanks guys - you are absolutely right. All contacts deleted. No way to contact him. Feel a great relief. I will filing the papers on Monday - today is a big snowstorm and I can\'t get out to get a money order.
