Lying again.

Hello everybody it's been awhile since I checked into my daily strength account and I just wanted to say this I lied to my wife a lot this past few months and I haven't been checking in because I felt like I could do it on my own and it doesn't end well for me. I've been lying to her so much that there was a time when we had a conversation and that I would say I would do it again and then we pray about it and then I do it again and I lied to her completely and I feel so ashamed of myself so please give me some feedback and give me some support to bounce back I need help.
