lunch with rn//brought cat to vet//stopped at p's with her carrier

this is actually a continuation of thursday, may 5.
so i get back with star from the vet and show rn the vet bill.  there are two others that seem to need dental.  i will bring one to the holistic dental that is $100 and if its good, will bring the other one.  the other option is to look for a dental coupon, as the dog was done for $200 about a year or two ago, and that included extractions of two teeth.  yuck.
i tell her i want to go to p's and drop off the carrier and she wants me to stop and get litter and come back as the store is around the block.  i know why, she thinks i'll never make it back (probably true), i'm mostly asleep in the morning - so i don't know what i'm saying or anything.  she says the vet that used to own that practice is on tour in africa with his sons.  he's never been there and already survived cancer from a few years ago, so its now or never.  WHY do people wait so long before they do the stuff they dream about.  buy a smaller house and use the money you waste on maintaining a large home, to simply have a place to throw your hat in between travels (IF you have the health to travel.  the time segments to do that don't happen all the time unless you travel for a living like g's sister and genuinely sightsee when you do travel).  wish i was her.  lol.  

so i go pick up litter.  its on sale.  a big one for her and a smaller one for me.  stop at l's to pick up lunch and bring it back to rn's which i know she didn't expect.  there is a new restaurant that they are all trying so next time it will be there.  l's is always good, but they screw up portions a LOT.  try READING the ticket.  i ordered a dinner size for lunch because it was for two of us and the girl put it in the right tin but the other girl didn't FILL IT for a dinner size.  grrr.  glad it was take out, you just untipped yourself.  i have never figured out why the tip jar on take out anyway?  what is the etiquette for that?  
their food is always good though and it woke me up.  then headed for p's to drop off rta's carrier, which rn washed while i was out - nicer than when i picked it up from them.  the towel is soiled and its in a plastic bag.  rta was normal when i dropped it off, she must be a day person - so different then when i was there at night.  she says the cat peed because it was scared.  i know that.  they gave me a tin of cookies that rta made, i didn't know that when i was there, i can't think straight in the morning.  very good.  nice that they both cook.  p wants me to stop in for dinner before her daughter comes down.  miss her cooking, but still wary about eating there.  
finally headed home, and wanted to go back to sleep, instead more calls.  i couldn't believe it.  felt like every person i know was calling me.  fed the animals and took a nap - k called that he caught c and d at the other house again and we need to pick up their animal so they have no excuse for being there.  so i made a deal with him on that.  he is finding stuff moved around inside, so he knows they are there and he catches them hanging on the porch there.  wth?!  the animal will stay at k's, i don't want them anywhere near here.
headed to work to do payroll and discovered the pay is screwy again.  grrrrr.  adp or our main office - not sure which.  well day not over yet.
