Lovely Weekend

This was a great weekend without too much anxiety.  I was busy and actually socialized with friends.  I told my friend Helena about my anxiety and she was so supportive.  We went to a craft mall yesterday in Malone NY and had a nice drive and nice day.  Made lovely dinner for Steve, salmon, salad and rice.  Went to bed early.  SO Steve really gives me anxiety.  Off to ant=other day today.  Blessings to all my new friends.
